Role Overview

We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Project Manager to strengthen delivery discipline and support the PMO / VP of Project Delivery function. This role is not title-driven — it requires someone who can actively operate, implement structure, and stabilize delivery across multiple projects and clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strong execution capability, operational rigor, and the ability to drive consistency across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new client teams (from hiring through go-live)

- Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams

- Ensure SOPs, training, and delivery standards are implemented effectively

- Monitor performance, identify gaps early, and drive corrective actions

- Provide structured updates and maintain clear accountability across functions

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

Core Experience (Mandatory):

- 8–12+ years of hands-on project delivery experience.

- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent clients/projects Background in IT services, BPO, or consulting environments Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery.

- Availability to work CST hours for team overlap Operational Strength (Critical).

- Strong experience in capacity planning and resource management Hands-on experience with delivery dashboards and KPI tracking.

- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data-driven reporting Client Management Experience handling client communication and escalations.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Problem-Solving & Execution Ability to identify workload imbalances, risks, and inefficiencies.

- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on execution High-energy, proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Strong ownership mindset—able to independently drive onboarding, coordinate cross- functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Facilities), and ensure timelines are met.
