Assistant Manager Audit

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing various financial consulting services, coordinating with
• various internal and external stakeholders, locally and internationally.
• Based in Islamabad, you will also be responsible for managing the local teams working on
• various projects, and coordinate with staff, managers and partners in other offices.
• You'll actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and
• confirm that work delivered to clients is of a high quality. As part of this, you'll anticipate and
• identify risks and escalate issues, as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you'll
• help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and
• help them to develop through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring.

The ideal candidate shall meet the following criteria;

• At Least 3 years of experience.
• MBA from a reputable University (majors in finance), fully Qualified CA or ACCA professional
• Strong project management skills
• Proactive / self starter and have the ability of leading teams.
• Coaching, mentoring and counselling experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Prior experience of dealing with international clients will be an added advantage.
