About the job Finance Manager
Responsible for
- Bookkeeping
- Maintaining FP&A model
- My Practice reconciliations
- Preparation of invoices & statements
- Fee and commission calculations
- Liaising with management and suppliers
- Working with the bookkeeper and accountant to produce Monthly Management Accounts and Annual Financials
- Managing credit card and loading bank payments
- Banking Reconciliation
- Financial process compliance
- Taxation management
Detailed Responsibilities
- Create in invoices, bills or expenses from Vendors in Zoho Accounting System
- Create in invoices, bills or expenses approved by department heads in Zoho Accounting System
- Preparation of monthly partner summaries
- Manual Journal entry
- Produce Adviser, PSS & BDM Monthly Statements
- Produce Adviser finance account statements.
- Reconcile BDM Meetings with BD Manager
- Maintain document storage of all finance related documents.
- Assess and prepare accounts ahead of monthly Management Account meetings.
- Provide documentation to Accountant for creation of Management Accounts
Educational and qualification requirements
AAT qualified.
Knowledge needed to perform the role
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); and highly PC literate,
- Zoho Books and/or Zero Accounting packages
- Good knowledge on management account, balance sheet, profit and loss account.

Experience needed to perform the role (including industry etc.)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within an office support role-ideally in Financial Services or similar
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and manage relationships; both over the phone and in person and across departments and third parties.
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
- Always demonstrate a can-do attitude and take ownership
