Job Summary:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our agency and clients, leading our client servicing department. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, particularly in our snacks portfolio, which includes iconic brands such as PepsiCo and Lays. This role requires fluency in English and a minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, preferably with top-tier brands. Additionally, you should have the capability to manage and coordinate shoots effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as their main point of contact and understanding their needs and objectives.
- Leading Client Servicing Department: Lead and mentor a team of client servicing professionals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
- Snacks Portfolio Management: Take ownership of our snacks portfolio, working closely with our clients, and ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly for brands like PepsiCo and Lays.
- Fluency in English: Communicate effectively with clients and the internal team in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Experience: Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in account management, particularly with a focus on top-tier brands. Your experience should include a proven track record of successful client relationships.
- Shoot Management: Oversee and manage shoots for various projects, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in client servicing and account management.
- Familiarity with the advertising and marketing industry.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
