About the job Sales Executive
Job brief
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible to engage with students/parents to create and close new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
o Meet and exceed sales targets
o Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
o Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
o Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
o Actively discover, acquire and engage with strategic partners / influencers,
schools and independent teachers to drive new channels of demand creation and
customer acquisition across
o Track and analyse market trends
o Partnering with the internal teams to convert free app users to paid users using
WhatsApp, SMS and direct sales.
Qualifications and Experience
o 1-3 years sales experience with demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
o Previous experience at a call/message Centre - experience with using Zendesk is preferred
o Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with queries and deal with customers
o Ability to multi-task and work across multiple engagement channels
o Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
