Key Responsibilities:

- 3. Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff, including pastry chefs, bakers, and sales

- Develop and manage the shop's budget, including sales targets and

- 6. Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee the visual presentation of pastries and displays to attract
- customers.
- Plan and execute seasonal and thematic product displays.
- Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products.
- 7. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food
- safety guidelines.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- 8. Sales and Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing
- strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing

- 9. Inventory Management:
- Track inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize product turnover.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce losses and ensure

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field
