Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager with our client. The role involves managing the financial health of the company, creating financial reports, analyzing financial data, and presenting findings to management. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to create financial reports and present findings to management
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
