Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive/Senior Sales Development Representative with 3-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and hold an MBA from LUMS, along with prior experience in sales, particularly in banks, FMCGs, or any multinational corporations (MNCs). This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to our growth and success by driving sales and nurturing valuable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients and prospects within the assigned industry verticals.
  2. Sales Development: Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, understand their needs, and develop a tailored sales strategy.
  3. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and product information.
  5. Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  6. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective lead-to-deal conversion.
  8. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights to the team for strategic decision-making.
  9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including KPIs, to the Sales Manager and leadership team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field) and an MBA from LUMS.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for experience in banks, FMCGs, or MNCs.
  3. Proven track record of lead generation and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to understand and convey technical product information to non-technical clients.
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
