Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth integration of new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs.
- Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to make recommendations for adjustments.
- HR Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
