Job Overview:

As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that align with the company's objectives. Responsibilities:

  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates.
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth integration of new hires.
  3. Employee Relations:

    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs.
    • Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to make recommendations for adjustments.
  6. HR Compliance:

    • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to think strategically and contribute to organizational goals.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
