Supply Chain Executive Description

Understanding of end-to-end import procedures.

Supplier management (order placement, order follow-ups, verification of shipping

documentation)

Liaison with freight forwarders & clearing agents

Order fulfillment i.e. (Ranging from Pricing in ERP against each placed order till

delivery of the customer orders)

Liaise with foreign suppliers to place PO in ERP as well as manually and arrange

for the delivery of goods.

Follow up on the status of placed orders from suppliers.

Arrange logistics to move ready shipments.

Arrange freight quotations and select cost-effective offers.

Update EIF/FI forms and share with finance for onward submissions in the bank.

Navigate PSW and check the status of F.Is/shipment that arrived at the port.

Coordinate closely with the Warehousing team to ensure customer orders are

delivered timely.

Perform IPO and OTNs costing (Actual).

Update OTNs document and maintain OTN files.



Qualifications:

Master's degree in the related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in related field.
