About the job Assistant Project Manager
A leading interior designer company of Islamabad is looking to hire Assistant Project Manager.
Work closely with the Project Manager, stakeholders and will involve project planning, coordination, communication, and monitoring, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives in the Pakistani education sector.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Organize and lead project meetings, including agenda creation and meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for project tasks.
- Monitor resource availability and utilization, making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with procurement to secure required materials and resources.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation of key project decisions.
- Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with project documentation standards.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of quality standards for project deliverables.
- Participate in quality checks and inspections, reporting any deviations or issues.
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve project quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience in project coordination.
- +1 years of experience in strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the Pakistani interior designer
- Flexible to travel
