We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for one of our clients to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of solid sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in software services sales. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  4. Pipeline Management: Manage and analyze the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and a healthy lead-to-deal conversion rate.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, providing insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
  6. Sales Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, driving continuous improvement.
  7. Sales Training: Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  8. Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing to create and update sales collateral, ensuring that sales teams have the necessary materials to succeed.
  9. Budget Management: Responsible for managing the sales budget and optimizing resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 8-10 years of solid sales experience, preferably in software services sales.
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
