Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role at Kamayi. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for a range of activities related to staffing, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. This is an on-site role based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR and recruitment in the NGO sector
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments
• Experience in start-up environments is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
