Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Executive for our Recruitment Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international business leads, developing strong client relationships, and expanding recruitment partnerships globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate international leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other business platforms

Develop and maintain relationships with international clients

Schedule and conduct client meetings/calls

Identify new business opportunities in overseas markets

Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client hiring requirements

Prepare proposals, agreements, and business presentations

Achieve monthly business development targets

Maintain client records and follow-up reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in international business development or sales

Experience in recruitment/staffing industry will be preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Candidate must have their own laptop
