As we continue to expand our team specializing in Legal entity management, we are looking for a Lawyer/Legal Associate (Contractor position) for our office in Uruguay, based in Montevideo.

MISSION:

• Ensure compliance of all legal entities with applicable laws and regulations;
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
• Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
• Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
• Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.

PROFILE:

• Law degree;
• Junior with initial professional experience (internship and mini pupillage accepted);
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional language skills would be a plus;
• Good legal analysis skills: ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and case law;
• Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
• Good oral communication skills;
• Sense of service and team spirit.

FEES RANGE: 1300 USD - 1900 USD
