As we continue to expand our team specializing in international legal entity management (trading as Odyssey by Kalexius, see www.odyssey.limited), we are looking for a Junior Corporate Governance Specialist to join us.

MISSION:

• Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
• Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
• Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;
• Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
• Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.

PROFILE:

• University degree;
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin);
• Good analysis skills: ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law;
• Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
• Good oral communication skills;
• Sense of service and team spirit.
