We are looking for a detail-oriented Drafter to join our design team, supporting a portfolio focused primarily on commercial projects. You will work closely with our architects, interior designers, and visualization specialists to translate design concepts into precise technical drawings, supporting projects from early planning through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details) for commercial fit-out and build projects using CAD/BIM software

• Translate design concepts and sketches from designers and architects into accurate technical drawings

• Produce and update drawings for tender, authority permit submission, and construction purposes

• Coordinate remotely with consultants (M&E, structural, ACMV, fire safety, etc.) to ensure compliance and accuracy, particularly for commercial building requirements

• Maintain drawing standards, layer conventions, and documentation according to company guidelines, using shared cloud-based file systems

• Review site measurements and as-built conditions provided by on-site teams and translate them into accurate drawings

• Assist in preparing material, finishes, and fixture schedules for commercial fit-outs

• Support the design team in producing presentation drawings and visualizations as needed

• Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized project files across multiple concurrent commercial projects

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Building/Construction, or related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp, Revit, or other BIM/3D software is a plus)

• Solid understanding of commercial construction detailing, building codes, and authority submission requirements.

• Prior experience working on Commercial and F&B projects

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings

• Self-disciplined and able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
