Creative Operations Manager

 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, hyper-detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to oversee daily operations, manage creative traffic, and lead day-to-day execution for a high-profile Beauty & Luxury account. This role bridges the gap between account management and creative execution, ensuring flawless delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Core Scope of Work

  • Traffic & Resource Management: Centralize, prioritize, and route all incoming creative requests. Act as the gatekeeper of the creative team's bandwidth, assigning daily tasks and balancing workloads across designers, copywriters, and production artists.
  • Day-to-Day Project Oversight: Build, maintain, and enforce realistic project timelines from initial brief to final asset delivery. Lead daily hot-sheet/stand-up meetings to unblock the creative team and keep all moving parts on track.
  • Luxury-Grade Quality Control: Review all deliverables against client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before internal and external review. In the luxury space, a missing font style, incorrect color profile, or misaligned margin is a critical failure.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the central hub of communication between Creative, Account Management, and Production teams, translating client feedback into actionable creative updates.
  • Polished & Organized Communication: Serve as the primary operational voice. The candidate must possess impeccable written and verbal English communication skills, ensuring that all project briefs, daily updates, and internal alignment notes are highly structured, professional, and clear.
