We are looking for a mid-level Interior Designer with expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and high-quality rendering to support design development and documentation for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate can translate design concepts into accurate 2D drawings, detailed 3D models, and visually compelling renderings, delivering work independently with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

2D Design Documentation:
-Develop detailed 2D drawings, including floor plans, space planning, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and joinery details
-Produce cabinetry, interior construction, and finish details
-Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and ready for construction
-Update and coordinate drawings throughout different design phases
-Maintain consistency and accuracy across all documentation

3D Modelling & Rendering:
-Build and maintain accurate 3D models to support design development
-Create high-quality renderings for client presentations and internal reviews
-Apply materials, textures, lighting, and camera settings effectively
-Revise models and renderings to reflect design updates and coordination changes

Design Development & Coordination:

-Collaborate with senior designers to refine design intent
-Identify and flag inconsistencies or constructability issues in drawings and models
-Ensure alignment between 2D documentation, 3D models, and rendered visuals
-Assist in preparing client presentations and submission materials

Software & Technical Skills (Mandatory)

-AutoCAD – advanced proficiency
-SketchUp – advanced proficiency
-3D rendering software (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion) – proficient
-Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) – working knowledge

Experience & Qualifications
-Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
-3–6 years of relevant interior design experience
-Proven track record in producing technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings
-Strong understanding of interior detailing and construction methodology
-Experience with residential and/or commercial projects
