Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Onsite Singapore)

We are seeking a proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor social media content and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires working onsite in Singapore, with a 5-day remote trial prior to relocation. Please note: the salary listed applies to the onsite role; compensation for the trial period will be different.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy, Content Planning & Editing
-Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
-Generate creative content ideas, hooks, and concepts tailored for short-form videos.
-Propose trending angles, scripts, UGC concepts, and storytelling approaches.
-Collaborate with videographers to plan shoots aligned with campaign objectives.
-Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and marketing goals.
2. Video Shoot Coordination
-Prepare shot lists, moodboards, concepts, and visual references for video and photo shoots.
-Coordinate with videographers, models, talents, and internal staff for smooth execution.
-Manage shoot schedules, locations, props, and product arrangements.
-Ensure videos are optimized for ads, including hooks, pacing, CTA, and vertical format.
3. Marketing Campaign Execution
-Support the planning and execution of major campaigns (e.g., BFCM, 11.11, 12.12, and other key events).
-Brief designers on banners, promos, and creative assets.
-Prepare marketing messages, captions, and ad copy.
-Coordinate with showrooms for campaign rollouts.
-Assist with influencer/creator collaborations and product seeding initiatives.
4. Ads Monitoring & Agency Coordination
-Track daily and weekly performance of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR).
-Collaborate with performance agencies to ensure ads follow the overall strategy.
-Identify underperforming creatives, audiences, and funnels.
-Suggest new creatives, hooks, and variations to optimize ad results.
-Maintain a tracker for ad creative versions and performance insights.
5. Brand Presence & Community Engagement
-Update Google Business posts for offers, events, and product highlights.
-Respond to public comments/messages or escalate to the customer service team when needed.
-Monitor competitor content, social trends, and market developments.
6. Reporting & Coordination
-Prepare weekly reports on social media and ad performance.
-Maintain campaign calendars, creative trackers, and shoot schedules.
-Coordinate with internal teams including showroom, product, CS, and operations.
-Work with agencies to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing for multiple platforms.
-Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
-Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations.
-Understanding of digital advertising metrics and performance tracking (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CVR).
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be willing to relocate and work onsite in Singapore.
-Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to undergo a 5-day remote trial before relocation.
