Key Responsibilities:
-Create high-quality written content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials
-Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) to generate, enhance, and optimize content
-Edit and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure natural tone, clarity, and brand consistency
-Design basic to intermediate graphics such as social media posts, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
-Collaborate with the marketing/HR team to develop content ideas and campaigns
-Repurpose content into different formats for various platforms
-Maintain content calendars and support scheduling of posts when needed
-Ensure all written and visual content aligns with brand guidelines

Qualifications
-Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation (1–3 years preferred)
-Strong English writing and editing skills
-Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization
-Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
-Strong creativity and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment

-Experience in social media management or digital marketing
