Virtual Assistant Renovation Projects & Administration - WFH

 Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Virtual Assistant who can work in a Renovation business with experience in project coordination, administrative/accounting, sales and social media marketing tasks. Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects by communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and handling approvals and materials.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, email management, and preparing documents.
- Manage simple bookkeeping tasks like invoices, receipts, and expenses.
- Monitor social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
- Create and manage social media content. Assist with basic graphic design, content management, and administrative tasks to support marketing efforts in social media.

Requirements:

-13 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, handling a renovation business is a plus
-Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft tools and social media platforms
-Project management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp
-Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
-Familiarity with Quickbooks Online, Xero or Excel templates
-Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach
-Effective time management and communication skills
