We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

-Capture, edit, and post photos and videos on official social media channels and e-commerce platforms.
-Create engaging content for public release and social media platforms.
-Manage online marketplaces by uploading products, responding to inquiries, and processing orders.
-Website management using WordPress & Shopify platforms.
-Maintain and update sales and customer records accurately.
-Handle inventory management tasks including merchandise transfer, stocktaking, and inventory counts.
-Conduct research to support marketing and sales activities.
-Perform additional administrative and marketing tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
-Fluent in both verbal and written English.
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to work remotely on Australian time (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM AEST) (7:30 am - 4 pm PHT) with a 30-minute lunch break.
-Must have your own device and reliable internet connection.
