Responsibilities:
-Capture, edit, and post photos and videos on official social media channels and e-commerce platforms.
-Create engaging content for public release and social media platforms.
-Manage online marketplaces by uploading products, responding to inquiries, and processing orders.
-Website management using WordPress & Shopify platforms.
-Maintain and update sales and customer records accurately.
-Handle inventory management tasks including merchandise transfer, stocktaking, and inventory counts.
-Conduct research to support marketing and sales activities.
-Perform additional administrative and marketing tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field.
-Fluent in both verbal and written English.
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to work remotely on Australian time (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM AEST) (7:30 am - 4 pm PHT) with a 30-minute lunch break.
-Must have your own device and reliable internet connection.
