Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the team in creating visually appealing and effective designs across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of visual content for digital media, including social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Support the design team in brainstorming and conceptualizing new design ideas and campaigns.
• Prepare and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve and refine designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, including freelance work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
• Basic understanding of web design principles and experience with WordPress is a plus.
• Must have your own device and reliable internet connection.
