Key Responsibilities:

-Respond promptly to inquiries via our channels like WhatsApp and Instagram and manage client interactions to ensure they have a warm and personalized journey with the client. 

-Cultivate relationships over the customer life cycle from engagement and beyond

-Track inquiries and conduct relevant follow-ups to increase Customer Lifetime value (LTV) and ensure client satisfaction

-Effectively coordinate team projects using project management tools to bridge the gap between employees (from Design and Content) and our workshop

-Initiate conversations with our monthly Masterclass sign-ups and handle initial questions to leave a lasting first impression.

-Address customer concerns and engage with them after sales for a seamless post-purchase experience.

-Manage client invoices, ensure accurate records of payment

-Provide support to team members when needed, enhancing overall efficiency in customer relationship management.

Job Requirements:

-Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-A customer-centric mindset and a passion for building relationships

-A strong command of the English language in written form with situational awareness that allows you to adapt to the communication style of different clients

-Self-motivated and independent, take the initiative to ask questions and drive your own learning in addition to what is taught by the team

-Bonus: familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Excel.

-Prior experience in the luxury field is a bonus as well

-Must be confident in communicating with foreign clients.

-Must have your own device and reliable internet connection

Working Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
