We are seeking a talented E-commerce designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, with a minimum of 3 years of design experience, and preferably prior experience working with Shopify. This role requires an understanding of UI/UX concepts, online sales conversion (CRO), and on-page SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee all branding, design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for our ecommerce website.

-Develop and maintain the visual identity and branding of the ecommerce site.

-Design user-friendly and visually appealing web pages that enhance the user experience (UX).

-Implement UI/UX best practices to create intuitive and engaging online shopping experiences.

-Utilize CRO strategies to optimize the website for higher conversion rates and sales.

-Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and functionality.

-Conduct regular website audits to ensure SEO best practices are followed and suggest improvements.

-Stay updated with the latest trends in design, UI/UX, and ecommerce.

-Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features or redesigns.

-Ensure consistency in design and branding across all digital platforms.

-Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align design strategies with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Minimum 3 years of design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

-Prior experience working with Shopify is preferred.

-Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

-Knowledge of online sales conversion techniques (CRO).

-Good understanding of design branding and how to maintain a consistent visual identity.

-Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices.

-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.

-Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
