Client Service Specialist

 Job Description:

The Client Service Specialist serves as the primary interface between the company and our clients, ensuring that all client needs are met to their satisfaction. This role is crucial in fostering positive client relationships, encouraging client retention, and contributing to the company's competitiveness as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:


-Proactively manage and follow up on client requirements and orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
-Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, such as Production and Quality departments, to ensure client needs are met.
-Establish and maintain strong rapport and working relationships with clients.

Communication:


-Effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, in an ethical and professional manner.
-Tailor communication to suit the situation and achieve desired outcomes.
-Clearly articulate issues, proposals, and suggestions to clients to gain buy-in.

Quality of Work:


-Foster a mindset of delivering high-quality work.
-Pay close attention to detail to minimize rework and errors.
-Produce high-quality work with minimal supervision, including order processing and compiling monthly KPIs.

Requirements:


*Must be willing to work in the Marikina office


Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in key account management, logistics, warehousing, pharmaceuticals, or distribution industry.

Working knowledge of SAP system and proficiency in Microsoft® Office tools and related software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process mapping skills.
