Job Title: Social Media Marketer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support our overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and effective.
  • Conduct social media and digital marketing audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in our industry.
  • Develop innovative ideas for social media ads and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing, focus on social media advertising.
  • Proven track record of creating successful social media and digital marketing campaigns.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing metrics, and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Must have your own device and reliable internet connection.
