Junior Architect - WFH

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the design and documentation processes of healthcare-related projects. You will be expected to:

-Collaborate and report regularly to the Design Director and Principal Medical Planner.
-Conduct thorough online academic research and prepare detailed reports.
-Coordinate with sub-consultants and support planning submission requirements.
-Assist in the development of performance specifications and Room Data Sheets (RDS).
-Prepare high-quality design renderings to support project presentations and client meetings.
-Ensure that all outputs meet the standards and expectations set by the Design Director and Principal Medical Planner.

Software Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate technical competency and proficiency in the following tools
-Autodesk Revit (Advanced proficiency)
-Autodesk AutoCAD (Advanced proficiency)
-SketchUp
-Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Rendering Tools (proficiency in at least one):
-3D Studio Max
-Lumion
-V-Ray
-Enscape
-Equivalent rendering software

Optional / Good to Know:
-Adobe Photoshop
-Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign

Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Arch)
-Licensed Architect (preferred but not required)
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience
-Preferably with exposure to healthcare, institutional, or complex design projects

Key Attributes
-Strong skills in academic and design-related research
-Excellent graphic design and rendering abilities, particularly in 3D Studio Max and InDesign
-Highly proficient in Revit modeling and BIM documentation standards
-Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
