We are looking for a Technical Strategist to support our regional growth by developing advanced security solutions. In this role, you will design enterprise-level systems and use AI-driven tools alongside global best practices to deliver high-quality project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead the development of system architectures, diagrams, bills of quantities (BOQs), and compliance documentation for large-scale enterprise projects.
-Create solutions that integrate Access Control and CCTV systems with APIs and automated workflows.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide pre-sales technical support through a work-from-home setup.
-Partner with internal technical teams to strengthen product expertise and maximize the use of AI-enabled support tools.

Requirements

-Proven background in Enterprise Security Systems (Access Control and/or CCTV). Experience with major international platforms such as Genetec, Milestone, or HID is an advantage.
-Engineering degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
-Candidates with Philippine market experience or returning OFWs from the Middle East are encouraged to apply.
-Strong neutral English communication skills for regional client interaction and demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
