E-commerce Administrator

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and customer invoicing
-Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers and distribution channels
-Monitor and manage inventory levels; perform regular stock checks and update digital records accordingly
-Maintain well-organized office, storage areas, and digital storage (including cloud databases and shared drives)
-Handle monthly tracking of invoices and payments; follow up with customers on outstanding accounts
-Input data for strategic promotions across ecommerce platforms and B2B channels
-Manage product listings, stock availability, and content updates across ecommerce platforms
-Prepare and generate sales, inventory, and performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools
-Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support ecommerce operations
-Sort and respond to daily mail and client inquiries
-Support general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce administration, office operations, or a related role
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with office software.
-Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
-Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and deliver accurate data
-Strong coordination and communication skills
-Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
-Availability to commence work on short notice is preferred

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday : 9: 30 am to 6:30
Saturday : 9:30 - 1:30 pm (Half day only)
