We are looking for a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design research, spatial planning, and project execution. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and laying out interior design solutions for office, retail, and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include developing creative design concepts, preparing detailed construction drawings, assisting with project management, and contributing to presentations and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conceptualize, design, and plan interior spaces for office, retail, and commercial projects.
-Develop spatial layouts, conceptual presentations, and high-quality 3D renderings.
-Produce detailed construction drawings, floor plans, and technical documentation.
-Conduct design research, space planning, and material selection.
-Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
-Contribute to presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
-Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Interior Design.
-Hands-on experience working on office/retail / commercial design projects.
-Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
-Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
