Key Responsibilities:
Accurately complete and manage all paperwork, including sales and purchase agreements.
Handle and organize PDFs related to car sales.
Verify customer information and ensure all necessary documents are collected.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries about paperwork.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
College diploma or equivalent.
Experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the automotive industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF management.
Ability to work independently.
