E-commerce/Customer Support Representative (WFH)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce/Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings in our online store, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish. Responsibilities:

Product Upload/Product Population:

Upload and manage product listings in our online store, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and prices.

Regularly update product information to reflect current inventory, promotions, and sales.

Customer Service:

Operate Hubspot to manage customer inquiries and support tickets.

Respond to direct emails and direct inquiries to the respective sales representatives as needed.

Notify the operations team of any meetings booked or significant customer interactions.

Order Management:

Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.

Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Handle any issues related to orders, including delays, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and customer support.

Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools

Familiarity with Hubspot

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
