Remote Administrative Assistant - Mandarin Speaking

Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide administrative support to the corporate team to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Maintain and update company records, databases, and reports related to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and HR.
-Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents in a clear and professional manner.
-Help with project management tasks, such as tracking progress and following up on deadlines.
-Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support business decisions.
-Organize and manage digital files and documents, ensuring everything is properly stored and easy to access.
-Handle various administrative tasks as assigned, staying flexible and adaptable.

Qualifications

-At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
-Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin to interact with different teams.
-Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
-A proactive team player who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle different responsibilities as needed.
