Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Renderer who is familiar with Coohom AI to create stunning visual representations for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to transform concepts into realistic 3D models and renderings.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for various projects.

Utilize Coohom AI to enhance rendering efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.

Develop detailed 3D models based on project specifications and design concepts.

Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve realistic renderings.

Review and refine renderings to meet client expectations and project standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and visualization.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D Renderer or similar role.

Proficiency in Coohom AI.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D rendering work.

Solid understanding of design principles, textures, lighting, and materials.

Experience with other 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, and other related tool.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design team and clients.

A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
