Virtual Admin Assistant (E-commerce & Social Media)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing e-paperwork.
-Prepare reports, line sheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
-Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring precise data entry.
-Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflows and processes.
-Edit photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop (for retouching) and Lightroom (for color grading).
-Assist with TikTok content creation, including setting up and managing flash deals, video editing, and posting.
-Help onboard products to TikTok Seller Center and develop engaging content strategies.
-Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and images on Shopify, iShopChangi, and Shopee Singapore.
-Assist with onboarding products across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring e-paperwork is completed.
-Create and maintain line sheets for product catalogs and sales presentations.
-Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
-Create affiliate plans on TikTok to promote products and increase sales.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in administrative roles, social media content creation, or e-commerce.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom.
-Strong knowledge of Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, iShopChangi, and Shopee Singapore.
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on tasks.
Preferred Skills:
-Expertise in creating TikTok flash deals and managing live selling events.
-Skilled in retouching photos and color grading for enhanced visual content.
-Experience with onboarding products and managing listings on iShopChangi and Shopee Singapore.
-Ability to write detailed SOPs for team processes and workflows.
-Dependable, with a strong sense of professionalism and accountability.
-Excellent customer service skills, maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
-High attention to detail, with the ability to track daily tasks through time logs for performance metrics.
-Ability to troubleshoot API issues between Shopify and Lazada.
