Job Summary:

The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by conducting virtual sales meetings, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual sales meetings via video conferencing tools (e.g., Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to present our services to potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various channels like email campaigns, and contact forms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
  • Having experience working for a Singapore company is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey product/service value propositions.
  • Proficient in using video conferencing tools and CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
