Job Description:
HR ASSISTANT (WORK FROM HOME)
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will manage employee records, conduct employee engagement activities, and upsell additional services to existing clients. Knowledge of labor laws and proficiency with HR software such as Manatal, Indeed, Onlinejobs.ph, and other related tools are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in managing employee records and maintaining accurate HR databases.
-Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Assist in Recruitment
-Address employee inquiries and provide timely support.
-Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
-Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
-Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
-Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Stay updated on changes in labor laws and advise management accordingly.
-Assist in handling employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
-Utilize HR software such as Manatal, Indeed, Onlinejobs.ph, and other related tools to streamline HR processes.
-Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
-Assist in Payroll
Qualifications and Skills:
-Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
-Familiarity with HR software such as Manatal, Indeed, Onlinejobs.ph, etc.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
-Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Have your own device and reliable internet connection
