As a Sales Support Engineer for Integrated Security Systems, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to effectively engage with customers and provide comprehensive solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Collaborating with the sales team to prepare sales proposals tailored to customer requirements and tender specifications.
-Assisting in marketing projects to promote our products and services.
-Supporting and creating product documentation to aid in sales efforts.
-Generating AutoCAD drawings for presales design submissions, AS-BUILT documentation, and shop floor submissions.
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
-Hold a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies, or equivalent.
-Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
-Proficient in Access Control, CCTV, Integrated IP Solutions, Selling, and Marketing.
-Preferably an executive with specialization in Sales/Support, Engineering/Technical/IT, or equivalent for the Sales Support Engineer position.
-Must have your own device and internet connection.
