B2B Sales Executive - WFH

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive B2B Sales Executive to join our fully remote team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with decision-makers through virtual meetings and presentations. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
-Prospect, qualify, and engage business owners and executives in Singapore and other developed markets.
-Conduct virtual sales pitches, presentations, and consultations to showcase our solutions.
-Understand client pain points and position our offerings as the strategic solution.
-Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to provide data-driven insights and suggestions that enhance sales strategies.
-Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
-Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the operations and onboarding teams
-Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking in the CRM system (Hubspot).
-Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and client messaging.
Requirements
-Proven track record in B2B sales.
-Strong virtual sales skills with experience conducting Zoom/Google Meet/Teams presentations.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
-A team player with a partnership mindset, eager to collaborate across sales, HR, and marketing teams.
-Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
-Results-focused with the ability to consistently hit and exceed targets.
-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
