We are looking for a skilled Video Content Creator to plan, produce, and edit engaging video content across multiple platforms. This role requires working onsite in Singapore, with a 5-day remote trial prior to relocation. The salary listed applies to the onsite role; compensation for the trial period will be different.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Production & Editing
-Plan, film, and produce videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, and advertising campaigns.
-Shoot product demonstrations, lifestyle scenes, showroom walkthroughs, UGC-style content, testimonials, and campaign videos.
-Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and manage on-set setups.
-Direct talent, staff, and models during shoots to achieve desired outcomes.
-Edit videos for multiple formats (vertical, square, horizontal), including adding motion graphics, captions, transitions, music, color grading, and sound design.
-Adapt videos into multiple variations for performance ads and A/B testing while ensuring brand consistency.
-Produce short-form content optimized for engagement and retention.

2. Content Production Workflow
-Manage the full end-to-end production process, from pre-production to post-production.
-Maintain organized file naming and storage systems.
-Deliver content according to deadlines, campaign calendars, and launch schedules.
-Collaborate with the marketing team on briefs, scripts, and ad concepts.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in video production and editing for social media and digital platforms.
-Strong proficiency with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
-Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
-Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
-Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be willing to relocate and work onsite in Singapore.
-Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to undergo a 5-day remote trial before relocation.
