Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Drafter with experience in a creative or agency environment to join our team. In this role, you will translate design concepts into precise technical drawings, bridging the gap between 3D visualizations and physical production. You will ensure that retail store layouts and POSM units are accurately documented and ready for fabrication and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for full retail store layouts.

• Develop technical drawings for Point of Sale Materials (POSM), including exploded views, assembly drawings, and material specifications.

• Collaborate with 3D Visualizers and Interior Designers to ensure designs are structurally feasible and aligned with the original design intent.

• Maintain high standards in layering, scaling, dimensioning, and annotations to ensure clear communication with contractors and fabricators.

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and buildability before submission or production.

• Update and revise drawings based on project feedback while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

• Knowledge of SketchUp integration is an advantage.

• Proven experience in retail fit-outs and POSM production drawings.

• Familiarity with materials, fabrication methods, and manufacturing constraints used in retail environments.

• Experience working in a fast-paced creative or design agency is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork, with a reliable and responsible work ethic.
