Role Overview

We are seeking an Interior Designer with 3–5 years of experience to lead design and visual communication for high-end hotel, commercial, and healthcare projects. You will translate design concepts into buildable deliverables while helping to structure and grow the Studio's Interior Design function.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Presentation: Develop concepts, mood boards, material selections, and high-quality client presentations that tell a compelling visual story.

Technical Documentation: Produce Room Data Sheets (RDS), CSI format specifications, space plans, finish plans, and joinery concepts.

Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained.

Studio Growth: Help establish documentation standards, improve quality control, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing hospitality, hotel, luxury, or high-end commercial projects.

Design Skills: Strong grasp of spatial planning, materiality, detailing, and user experience (UX).

Graphic Skills: Excellent layout composition and visual storytelling abilities.

Software Proficiency:

• SketchUp & Revit
• Adobe InDesign & Photoshop
• Rendering Software
• Specification Writing (CSI Format)

Additional Preference: Candidate should be able to report to the office in Makati.
