Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with experience in a creative or agency environment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for retail environments and Point of Sale Materials (POSM). You will work closely with designers and account managers to produce compelling visuals that effectively communicate design intent and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality renders using Enscape.

-Develop visualizations for full retail store layouts, merchandising displays, and POSM units.

-Collaborate with Senior Interior Designers and Account Managers to ensure designs align with project requirements and client briefs.

-Ensure accuracy in textures, lighting, materials, and spatial proportions to achieve realistic and visually compelling results.

-Revise and refine visualizations based on feedback while maintaining project timelines.

-Maintain organized project files and adhere to internal design standards.

Requirements:

-Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp and Enscape.

-Proven experience working in a creative or design agency, preferably within retail design or brand activation.

-A strong portfolio showcasing retail environments, store layouts, and detailed POSM or product displays.

-Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
