Customer Service Executive (Wine Industry)
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our wine retail team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service while promoting our products and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Attend to customers enquiries, requirements, and feedback, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
-Promote wines to customers through email communication and in-store interactions.
-Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
-Prepare and process wine orders accurately for customers.
-Inform customers about special promotions, marketing events, and wine tasting sessions.
-Perform data entry of customer information into the CMS system.
Job Requirements:
-Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
-Strong interest or knowledge in wine is an advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
