Sales Manager (Electronics & Tech Accessories)

 Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager. This individual contributor role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution — owning both the management of existing key accounts and the pursuit of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to drive market share, strengthen partner relationships, and deliver consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Design and roll out the country-level sales strategy in line with broader regional and global business goals.
  • Spot emerging market trends, untapped business opportunities, and potential partnerships that can grow the company's market presence.
  • Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.

Customer & Partner Management

  • Cultivate and sustain solid working relationships with major accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Drive business expansion through active lead generation, partner relationship-building, and disciplined target achievement.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and product training sessions for partners.
  • Oversee sell-through and sell-out performance for key accounts and partners.
  • Compile and share regular reports and updates on sales activity and pipeline status.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to enable smooth market entry and ongoing growth initiatives.
  • Relay market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
  • Coordinate with local agencies on marketing initiatives as required by the business.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in sales, channel management, or business development, with a track record of driving measurable business growth.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, audio, or technology hardware is preferred; candidates from adjacent industries with comparable channel or sales experience will also be considered.
  • Comfortable handling both account management for existing partners and new business development.

Education

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but strong, proven sales results will be the priority in evaluating candidates.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage key accounts, distributors, and partners effectively.
  • Solid presentation and training capabilities to support partner enablement.
  • Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Philippines, with occasional regional or international trips as the business requires.
