Role Introduction

The FM Asset Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and tracking of the company's facility assets, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure. The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing asset management strategies and programs for the company's physical and intellectual assets. They will work closely with different departments to understand their asset needs and usage. They will also handle soft service requests from internal stakeholders and collaborate with the FM team to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction at the performance/sports venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out monitoring of FM Portal (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data to ensure that Helpdesk work orders have been accurately created, assigned, prioritized and categorized in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
  • Collaborate with the FM team to develop and implement asset management strategies, including asset replacement planning and capital improvement projects.
  • To participate in any future development of the Helpdesk.
  • Ensure that Helpdesk operatives are given clear guidance to enable them to accurately decide the priority of a task in accordance with the agreed standards.
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand their asset needs and usage.
  • Respond to and address soft service (including Housekeeping, Pest Control, Waste Management) requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in facility inspections, project walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings (including internal departments) to stay informed about asset-related issues and requirements and provide solutions.
  • Assist in the daily operations and management of the performance/sports venue.
  • Perform other job duties as required.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in asset management, maintenance coordination, facility operations or similar role.
  • Knowledge of facility management operations and regulations in the performance/sports venue industry.
  • Familiar with Facilities Management System and / or others facilities management systems is preferable.
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 2) Licence is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with facility managers, technicians, and vendors.
  • Detailed minded, and able to meet tight timeline.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
