Lead Banquet Supervisor

Reports To: Manager - Banquet Operations

Role Introduction:

As a Lead Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional banquet service to guests. You will work closely with the Manager - Banquet Operations to facilitate efficient banquet operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests at banquet events, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Supervise and lead banquet service staff to deliver quality service to banquet guests.
• Communicate with guest to gather feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all banquet events.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure the banquet setup aligns with guest expectations.
• Oversee the quality, hygiene, and safety of food and beverage operations in compliance with local regulations and the company's HACCP requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all banquet equipment after each event.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with industry bodies and associations.
• Support the Manager Banquet Operations in implementing standard operating procedures, training and supervising the banquet service staff
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager - Banquet Operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a large banquet operations role in the F&B industry.
• Knowledge and experience in both Western and Asian cuisine service, including Cantonese.
• Familiarity with HACCP-certified environments.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with other staff members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
