Role Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Staging Supervisor to join our Technical Services team at Kai Tak Sports Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup, breakdown, and safety compliance of temporary structures, including staging, barriers, camera platforms, front of house operator platforms, and pitch side advertising screens.

要求

  • 土木工程、結構工程或相關領域的高級文憑或學士學位
  • 至少8年的舞台和臨時結構管理經驗,最好是在大型娛樂或體育場館工作
  • 成功管理備受矚目的活動的舞臺營運的記錄
  • 對舞臺結構設計、安裝和安全協定有廣泛的瞭解
  • 深入瞭解香港有關臨時構築物及活動安全的法例及法規
  • 在舞臺架設和拆除方面擁有豐富的經驗
  • 較強的領導能力和溝通能力
  • 能夠閱讀和解釋技術圖紙和結構圖
  • 出色的解決問題的能力和在抗壓能力
  • 能夠配合活動時間安排,包括晚上、週末和公共假期提供活動支援。

優先資格

  • 香港註冊安全主任 (RSO) 認證
  • 建造業議會 (CIC) 臨時工作適任技術人員 T3 資格
  • 職業安全健康局頒發的棚架主管安全訓練證書
  • 高處工作安全培訓證書
  • Event Safety Management 認證(例如,來自 Event Safety Alliance)
  • 急救和消防安全認證

擁有同等的國際資格或證書,加上相關經驗者亦會被優先考慮。

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the setup and breakdown of temporary structures for various events
  • Ensure the safe and correct installation and removal of pitch side advertising screens
  • Conduct thorough safety inspections and sign off on all temporary structures before use
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and structural calculations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Hong Kong legislation and regulations regarding temporary structures
  • Collaborate with other departments and external contractors to coordinate staging requirements for events
  • Manage and train the staging team, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency
  • Oversee the maintenance, inventory, and storage of staging equipment
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative staging solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to temporary structures during events
  • Liaise with local authorities and inspectors as needed for permits and approvals

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in staging and temporary structure management, preferably in large-scale entertainment or sports venues
  • Proven track record of successfully managing staging operations for high-profile events
  • Extensive knowledge of temporary structure design, installation, and safety protocols
  • Thorough understanding of Hong Kong legislation and regulations related to temporary structures and event safety
  • Proven experience in scaffolding erection and dismantling
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and structural plans
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform rigging tasks and work at height

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hong Kong Registered Safety Officer (RSO) certification
  • Construction Industry Council (CIC) Technically Competent Person (TCP) T3 qualification for temporary works
  • Scaffolding Supervisor Safety Training Certificate issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Council
  • Working at Height Safety Training Certificate
  • Event Safety Management certification (e.g., from the Event Safety Alliance)
  • First Aid and Fire Safety certification

Equivalent international qualifications or certifications, coupled with relevant experience, will also be considered
